Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer III, you will:
🔹 Own the entire SDLC (design → deployment → maintenance)
🔹 Develop scalable web apps (front-end + back-end)
🔹 Optimize performance & user experience
🔹 Troubleshoot engineering issues for users/developers
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products
Tech Stack Expectations
✔ 6+ years’ proven experience in:
- Front-end (React/Angular/Vue) + back-end (Node.js/Java/Python)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
✔ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Grade 12 National Certificate
- 6+ years’ full-stack development experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
🎓 Preferred:
- IT/Computer Science degree
- Banking/fintech project experience
