Key Responsibilities
✔ Business Development: Identify and onboard new wholesale/retail customers (spaza shops, forecourts, schools, restaurants).
✔ Sales Execution: Negotiate competitive pricing, secure orders, and manage customer accounts via Twizza’s Sales Mobile App.
✔ Revenue Growth: Optimize profitability through trade promotions, discounts, and claims management.
✔ Customer Compliance: Ensure new accounts meet finance guidelines to prevent fraud.
✔ Order & Stock Management: Forecast sales, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely deliveries.
✔ Performance Analysis: Track sales vs. targets, adjust strategies, and submit monthly reports.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work with marketing/distribution teams to execute localized promotions.
✔ Payment Support: Assist finance teams with credit control and payment collections.
Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (with Mathematics) – Degree in Marketing/Business is advantageous.
✔ 3+ years in FMCG sales (beverage industry preferred).
✔ Valid driver’s license (extensive travel required).
✔ Proven ability to meet targets under pressure.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
