Key Responsibilities
📦 Stock Management:
- Receive, verify, and organize deliveries
- Maintain stock levels using FIFO/FEFO principles
- Conduct regular stock counts
🛒 Store Operations:
- Replenish shelves and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with inventory checks
- Follow health & safety protocols
💼 Customer Service:
- Answer product queries
- Operate cash registers
- Handle returns and refunds
Requirements
✅ Grade 12 certificate
✅ 1-2 years stores/warehouse experience
✅ Valid forklift license (advantageous)
✅ Basic numeracy skills
✅ Attention to detail
