About the Role:

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Education:
- External Candidates: Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Internal Candidates: Grade 10
✔ Certification: Underground Blasting Certificate for Metalliferous Mines
✔ Experience: - Minimum 3 years in hard rock mining
- Underground bord and pillar (mechanized) mining experience
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct underground blasting operations safely
🔹 Meet daily production targets
🔹 Transport and handle explosives responsibly
🔹 Oversee road maintenance activities
🔹 Ensure quality ore delivery to processing plants
🔹 Monitor blasting accessory stock levels
