Job Purpose
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including sales growth, cost control, risk management, and world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Customer Service – Drive revenue through promotions, stock management, and exceptional service.
🛒 Stock Loss Control – Implement security measures and cash handling procedures.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Tertiary qualification (Business/Retail diploma/degree preferred)
✔ 1-2 years retail leadership experience
✔ Computer literacy (MS Office/GSuite an advantage)
